Once there were 3 people, let’s call them A, B, and C, working in a monotonous job, getting paid less than what they actually deserved, and having almost zero social life. They won’t talk to people because they felt that others would make fun of them. They were just involved in their own sad lives. They think of themselves as a complete failure as students who once used to score less than them, were doing pretty well in their lives.
After many years now, Person A is still in the same job cursing every other day of his life. He wants to make a switch but is not dedicated enough. Person B worked very hard, struggling between his exams and jobs, and finally made a switch. He is happy with his life now. Person C is now unemployed as he left his monotonous job two years back. He is in depression these days and has cut himself out of all the social networks.
How to recover from failure?
Do you know where person A and person C went wrong in their decisions? They didn’t try. They kept cursing their lives and were not ready to put effort to actually change it.
Life is full of disappointments. Sometimes we fail and sometimes we win. But in every failure, there is one door opened with a great opportunity behind it. You just have to find and unlock that door. Most of the time, it will be easy but sometimes, it can get really hard. You might have to work day and night, do overtime but it will all be worth it in the end. You just need to put effort to make that opportunity work in your favor. Even those who are born with a silver spoon in their mouths have to work hard to get going.
There is nothing that lasts forever not even failure. You might start late but you can always achieve something that you want to only if you are ready to put in the required dedication. Nothing can come out of it if you keep thinking about the failure instead of focussing on whatever opportunity is in front of you.
